Our games and website
Outpast provides this website and games for personal entertainment. You may use them lawfully and in accordance with applicable store terms. Game artwork, audio, code and branding are owned by or licensed to the publisher. No ownership of those materials transfers to you.
Purchases and virtual items
App Store purchases are processed by Apple and subject to the terms shown at purchase. Prices are displayed in the store’s local currency. Virtual currency and items are for use inside the game; they have no cash redemption value and are not transferable outside supported game features. Availability can change during testing and updates. Refund requests are handled through Apple, subject to applicable rights.
Progress, accounts and testing
Keep the relevant Apple and iCloud accounts available to recover supported purchases and backups. Where offered, guest sessions do not retain progress. Testing builds may contain bugs and are not a guarantee of final feature availability. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or recovery of progress that never reached a backup.
Respectful use
Do not use our services to break the law, interfere with other users or systems, exploit payment systems, or infringe others’ rights. We may restrict misuse where appropriate and consistent with applicable law.
Your rights
These terms do not exclude consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Apple’s standard licensed application terms apply where supplied through the App Store unless another agreement is presented there.
